Get started with an hour-long salsa lesson at a popular Cozumel club and enjoy a house cocktail. Next, visit a tequila factory to learn the agave liquor’s history, elaboration process and try some testers. Next, visit a house bar for local snacks like Pimitos (fried tortillas topped with Mayan-style marinated fish and spices), beer and cocktails. Next move to a local favorite drinkery to try Dzikilpak (pumpkin seed puree seasoned with local spices). End your afternoon at a somewhat secluded beach spot on the north coast where you can eat, drink or take a plunge in the Caribbean Ocean before heading back to the cruise pier or your hotel. Tours at 9:15 am and 11:15 am; 6-hour program.
